no idea who this is or why they call. Call 6 times today, no message. SO, I called them back. Man answered and said "customer service, how may I help you?" I said, I'm calling to find out why you keep calling and I'd like my name of your list - promtply hung up with no response. Off to report the call to the FTC.

keep my number asking for the wrong person...I keep telling them to get rid of my number because im not the person they're looking for...but they still call every damn day!

People have been calling me constantly leaving harrasing messages and have even called my work telling them there are serious legal actions against me unless i called back. I answered today and I told them it was illegal to harrass me with a lawsuit. he got angry and asked if i was going to pay the debt or not and I just told him he can not call again. This is getting frustrating, I want to go after these people, especially because they keep leaving my social security number on the message which is also illegal!

this person had a foren voice you could hardly understand him the call cut out alot he told me i need a lawyer im being brout up on charges of fraud ect and other chargers something needs to be done about this

These people are crackpots. They've called me with the same crap as well. I did default on a payday loan, but it is not a criminal act, and they have no right to harass you at work or home.

Call me daily. I finally answered and they hung up.
